KDL lab uses systems and constantly invests in new technologies.

With the new CAM/CAD method, KDL is capable of design and zircon, as well as ceramic material, cutting. Ceramic works are both tasteful and biocompatible with the tissues. Zircon frames are distinguished for their strength (>1200 Mpa), lightweight and x-ray-permeable.

The following systems are used at the lab:

• Ivoclar Vivadent’s IPS EMAX
• CAM/CAD zircon bridges

Zircons used in KDL lab are manufactured by the Swedish company METOXIT and GC EUROPE.
